Due to expansion and client growth they are looking for a dynamic and well organzied tech savvy individual for a back office role as a Sales Support Specialist.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Global team with deal processes across various CRM systems.
- Manage opportunity registrations with leading vendors.
- Handle various reporting responsibilities on vendors’ platforms.
- Oversee monthly invoice verification and processing.
- Manage sales administrative tasks: quotations, purchase orders, customer setup, and system updates.
- Handle customer order management, data analysis, and maintain price lists, cost, and inventory reports.
- Develop proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Learn and understand finance or inventory management tools.
- Facilitate communication between sales, finance, and other departments.
- Regularly review and suggest improvements to sales processes.
- Participate in training sessions to develop necessary skills.
- Provide guidance and assistance to team members.
Your Profile:
- 3-5 years in a similar role within a Technology firm.
- Degree in Business Management and/or related.
- Excellent grasp of Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ERP systems. Familiarity with Salesforce and Priority will be considered an advantage.
- High learning ability, independence, and motivation.
- Excellent human relations, service, and motivation.
- Ability to work in a multi-interface environment with remote locations and different parties in the company.
- Fluent in English - being multilingual is a significant advantage.
- High organizational skills.
- Advanced analytical skills for analyzing sales trends and market data.
- Technical aptitude in cloud technologies and cybersecurity.
