Due to rapid expansion and growing pains, we are now recruiting for a Business Software Team Leader to join their dynamic team.
Business Software Team Leader
This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and business software and technology solutions expertise to effectively integrate technology into the client’s business environment to achieve client expected business results. Plan, assign, and supervise the work of the assigned functional consulting team.
- Project Management: Develop and monitor project plan, scope and objectives in collaboration with project management team. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors that will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget. Weekly monitoring of project updates. Perform and execute project tasks as per company’s internal policies and procedures.
- Client Management: Foster strong client relationships by frequent and effective communication. Ensure understanding of client needs, managing expectations, attending to client concerns by promptly providing alternative solutions to pending matters. Ask for client feedback, to assess client satisfaction and monitor client retainment.
- People Management: Lead, engage, coach, and motivate team members. Conduct daily and weekly meetings to discuss project progress, resolving obstacles, offer support and direction on next steps and completion of milestones. Encourage and monitor progress on personal performance goals on a continuous basis and conduct quarterly check-ins. Review and identify team resources and participate in the recruitment process of new candidates. Discuss with team members and set annual personal performance goals.
- Business Development: Identify value-added opportunities within existing accounts to maintain a client-account manager relationship; understand client’s operating environment and suggest alternative or additional business software and technology solutions to increase client’s business performance.
- Personal Development: Actively engaged in a comprehensive personal development journey, with a primary focus on cultivating skills and competencies aligned with the Supernova model. Commitment to a proactive approach in seeking learning opportunities, staying updated on industry trends, and applying acquired knowledge to drive personal and organizational success.
Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Management, or related field is desired.
- Extensive enterprise solutions (business management software) consultancy experience.
- Knowledge of business software technologies, such as ERP or other business software.
- A minimum of 5-7 years working experience in projects in a Senior Level.
- Team leadership experience – proven experience in delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Fluent in Greek and English language is required.
