Job Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our clients’ global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and providing operational support for the supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via various channels, such as Intercom, email, Slack, and our platform.
- Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding ETAs, updates, and requirements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide regular updates on customer issues and resolutions to the team.
- Ensure all customer interactions and resolutions are accurately documented.
Operational Support:
- Provide operational support for the supply chain process, including opening service orders, updating statuses, and pushing for timely answers.
- Share feedback and insights from customer interactions to help enhance our products and services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in SaaS or logistics.
- Experience with CRM and project management software (e.g., Intercom, Asana, Zendesk, Jira).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
