With offices in Tel Aviv, USA and Germany, their office in Nicosia, Cyprus is growing and they are currently looking to recruit a Logistics Operations Specialist to join their team.
As the Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be assigned to to manage and optimize their global shipping processes. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating worldwide shipments, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring that all logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in keeping shipments on track, resolving issues, and supporting client satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate global shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address inquiries.
- Monitor the entire logistics process to ensure smooth operations and resolve delays or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align shipping schedules and priorities.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, schedules, and client interactions.
- Identify opportunities to optimize shipping processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Provide regular reports on logistics performance and client satisfaction.
Your Profile:
- 2-3 years logistics or supply chain/freight management experience
- Good understanding of end to end supply chain activities
- Experience working with third party logistics providers
- Strong project management skills
- Good organization skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel with strong prioritization skills.
- Proactive risk assessment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English
