Job Description
Our client is an international corporate service provider, catering to clients specifically within Europe. There small team in Nicosia is growing and looking for a Corporate Administrator to provide back office support to their Client Managers.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Process and file necessary documentation for company formation, changes and dissolution.
- Maintain and update corporate records and ensure compliance with local company laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing corporate filings with the Registrar of Companies and handle necessary registrations and renewals.
- Provide administrative support in managing company structures, including maintaining up-to-date registers for shareholders, directors, and officers.
- Organize and manage corporate documentation, such as minutes of meetings, resolutions, and other legal documents.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of annual reports and financial statements.
- Oversee client accounts, providing them with relevant information and addressing any queries or issues.
- Coordinate with clients regarding corporate filings, documentation, and administrative requests.
- Assist clients with managing their portfolios, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Support the senior team in managing client accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the Head of the Corporate to maintain accurate records of client activities and communications.
- Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts ensuring timely responses and follow-ups under the supervision of senior team members.
- Handling opening of Bank Accounts;
Key Skills/Experience:
- 1-3 year's of experience with a Corporate Service Provider in a similar role is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of the Registrar of Companies.
- Fluent in both English and Greek (written and spoken).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Efficient, productive and organised.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Approachable with excellent people skills and a team-player
Working hours are 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday 09:00 - 15:00 with 22 days of annual leave.
