Job Description
Our client is an international company providing corporate and consulting services. Operating since 2003 it has successfully managed to open offices in Cyprus, Russia, Hong Kong and Latvia. They are currently looking for a Corporate Administrator for their team in Limassol. This is an onsite role that could turn into a hybrid role with time
Key Responsibilities:
- Companies formation and administration
- Changes in company's structure
- Strike-off, liquidation
- Preparation of corporate documents
- Liaising with local authorities: Registrar, Tax, Court, Migration
- Liaising with registered agents from other jurisdictions
- Leasing with lawyers, accountants, auditors, banks, notary officers, messengers
- Billing clients
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree; Law Degree would be considered an advantage
- 3 years of experience as corporate administrator - within an ASP firm would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages (Greek as an advantage)
The set up:
- This is a full time role, and permanent contract. Working hours are 9am - 6pm with a 1 hour lunch break
