IWR WorkForce International has partnered with a startup Brokerage firm that offers Algorithmic trading. As its still in its infancy stage, you will help set up all Admin functions of the office as they look to grow their operation.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Manager located in Limassol Municipality. The Office Manager will be responsible for
- Performing day-to-day tasks related to office administration, including communication,
- Administrative assistance to the Directors,
- Use of office equipment and customer service
- Overall office management.
- As the Office Manager, you will collaborate with multiple teams and ensure smooth operations within the office.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in Russian and English; Greek would be an advantage
- Experience in providing administrative assistance and managing office operations
- Familiarity with various office equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries and complaints
- Proficiency in office administration tasks such as record-keeping and scheduling
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in office management or related field
