Job Description

WorkForce International has partnered with an international marine and offshore energy firm with locations in Europe, Asia and the US.


For their office in Cyprus we are seeking a meticulous and proactive Corporate Administrator to enhance the quality of corporate data in existing systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data required.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying missing data, performing sanity checks, and following up to ensure high-quality data for international reporting. Additionally, this role involves monitoring compliance with local legislation using existing in-house PowerBI reports and managing internal controls within the Finance Department.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Identify missing or incomplete corporate data in existing systems.
  • Conduct sanity checks on existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow up with relevant stakeholders to rectify data quality issues.
  • Support and encourage relevant stakeholders to enhance data quality.
  • Monitor compliance with local legislation using existing in-house PowerBI reports.
  • Participate in the continuous monitoring project to enhance compliance and reporting processes.
  • Manage and oversee internal controls within the Finance Department.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data management, quality assurance, or a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with international reporting standards and local legislation compliance is an added value
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and software, with experience in PowerBI being an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
